3. Solution: After verifying the incident, we will offer you a solution to replacing the defective product or refunding the full amount paid.

PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND

2. Our team will evaluate the request and respond within 2-3 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

3. If your request is approved, you will be told how to proceed with your return or how to receive your refund or replacement.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the product has been used, washed, or altered in any way.
